Our Story

Invicta Wines & Spirits was founded in 2017, shaped by early roots in the Bessarabia region of Ukraine — a historic wine-producing area where a close connection to vineyards and winemaking traditions formed a practical understanding of the craft from the ground up.

Over time, this foundation evolved independently into the creation of Invicta, marking a step away from family-based production and into building a distinct, internationally focused wine brand house. Drawing on deep experience in European markets, distribution, and brand positioning, Invicta was established to create wine and spirits brands designed for global relevance.

Today, Invicta operates as a wine brand house, developing brands in close partnership with selected wineries and through fully owned projects. Each brand is shaped with clear identity, disciplined execution, and a long-term commercial vision.

Our relationships are built with a long-term perspective, grounded in mutual trust, shared responsibility, and the belief that strong brands are created through enduring partnerships.
